William recently retired from Pacific Strategies, a purposely small consulting firm that primary focused on helping IT companies rationalize their distribution and customer support systems in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Prior to his work with Pacific Strategies, William spent 13 years at Stanford Research Institute (now SRI International) after leaving the World Bank in 1972. His experience also includes serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer architect in Peru. He completed graduate work at MIT in business and urban planning. He will be discussing the forces that are shaping and changing the economies of Central and South American countries.
