Ken is a partner and corporate tax attorney with Orrick, Herrington, and Sutcliffe and an active member of its structured finance practice. He has been involved in asset-backed securities and structured finance for over 20 years and was instrumental in creating the tax structures that make a number of these types of securities work. He will talk about various types of assets-backed securities and explain some of the structures used in creating them.
Ken received a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Virginia, a Ph.D. in mathematics from Cornell University, and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
