Will 14 Be Fortunate for Construction?

Speaker(s):  Ken Simonson is chief economist for the Associated General Contractors of America and immediate past president of the National Association for Business Economics.
Summary:  The area from San Jose to San Francisco has greatly outpaced the nation in construction activity in 2013. Two worries plague contractors and developers as they look into 2014, however. And for construction elsewhere in California and beyond?
